Maybe it's because time is running so fast, maybe is because of the economical crisis that never seems to come to an end, ot or maybe it's just because I have been surrounded by the essential beauty of Nordic design.. in any case, the keyword for this year's packaging ideas was definitively "simple". I decided to share only quick and unexpensive options, that won't require complicated techniques or supplies.
Let's keep it affordable, right? : )
A tiny piece of colorful paper to top a simple, plain wrapping. This cute one is from Zü, but the same idea will work with any beautiful scrap of paper.
Traditional candies and a piece of twine, so cute (image from Katherine Maries)
Brown paper bags and pompoms/1 from Audrey Smit
Cheap&Chic: newspaper, ribbon and twine on Refinery29 (thanks to Greenhouse Design Studio)
As simple as a gingerbread cookie! : ) (from homelovin')
Free pattern and printable paperbag from Shhh My Darling.. love the minimal wreath design!
Mini bells and felt mistletoe leaves, I will try this for sure!
Black paper and a chalk marker are all you will need for these vintage looking packages from Nashville Wrapping.
And can I recall my gold dipped antlers tutorial? : )
I hope you'll enjoy this "minimal" approach, but please remember last year's selection too: Part 1 and Part 2, oldies but goodies! (just click on the above images to reach the original posts)
