These cute little bunnies got almost sold out so fast! 

I really like this colour match ( light salmon plus pale mint ), and I think I'm going to make a few more experiments.. well, at least I would, if only I could find the time! : )

Both the bear, the dress and all of the delicious little things in this post come from the crafty hands of the talented Ilaria. Her blog - where is the Wonderland? - is such a great collection of gorgeous stuff that it was hard for me to choose what to repost here. The kitten and the roses

The word "No" means nothing to a cat. 

They only distinguish between "things that look funny" and "things that don't".
This cute white kitten makes no exception, and unfortunately a mug full of delicate rosebuds looks like a very interesting thing to him. That's why you see him in the middle of the flowers, happy and rascal just as much as a kitten can be! : ) 

The candy line

Do you ever feel the need to try something completely different from your usual style?

I do, and it was the case of these little jewelry pieces.. a lot of tiny scales, several pastel shades, basic chubby shapes and a candy-like final look. : )

The first feedback I got about them wasn't very nice - it was from my mum, who actually saw them in pics and didn't like them at all. Still, I enjoyed so much making them that I decided to go on with this kind of design.. at the moment, the colorful bracelet has already found a new owner, while the tiny brooches had a quite good welcome on Etsy too. : )

I really hope to be able to make more of them.. just can't get tired of mixing different polyclay colours to see which shades I'm going to get!  :D

This is also the first springtime weekend, so I wish you all to spend it in the funniest way!

I'm back!

I come from the most stressing weeks - stomach flu, full time study and a lot of university duties&bureaucracy - and the worst is yet to come, I fear! :D

I'm sorry for having abandoned the blog for a while.. I promise I will try to update it as soon as I can! : )

Just wanted to wish you all a lovely weekend, and to celebrate Saint Patrick's Day with something green from my latest creations.. what about a layer of green moss and a mint ribbon? And yes, there's a tiny kitten laying between them.. hope he will bring a lot of good luck! : )

My little robin

A tiny handsculpted robin and a miniature leaf charm.. so easy, and yet so cute!

Lace booties

And just as I promised, here's the fairy outfit for my little jointed doll!  : )

She's wearing a felt dress (completely hand-sewn, and embellished with lace, beads and a tiny silk bow), a pair of handmade lace booties, with hand-sewn beads on them, and a little floral crown, featuring a mix of beads, felt leaves and flowers and a lovely lace bow.

Hope you will like her.. much more feminine this way, right?  ; )

A wooden fairy

I've been working on this little doll for quite a long time.

Her wooden body was originally a small art mannequin.

I replaced her head and hands with handsculpted polyclay ones, while she still has her original wooden feet.

I painted her with acrylic paints, glazed her eyes to make them brighter, and added soft woolen hair.. what do you think about the result?

This post is actually just a preview - more exactly, a collection of pics of the making of process. The dollie now has a complete outfit and even a tiny gnome to keep her company (you can spot him in the last pic)..
