Valentine 2015 DIY roundup

The Valentine's DIY roundup has become through the years a little tradition here at Mijbil Creatures - well, my blog is entirely *pink* after all, it's not like I can ignore the most sugary and pinkish celebration of the year. : )

Plus, as I said, any excuse works to add a bit of pastel colours or a splash of bright fuchsia to these grey winter days, so let's get started - hint: it's going to be a looooong post! ;P

3 DIY Valentine’s Day cards from Passionshake: simple, quick and delicate
(they might also work for a friend on a different occasion!)

(these won't take long, if you have a sewing machine, and the pink version could be a lovely addition to pretty much any living room!)

The most romantic apple tart ever comes from Oncewed, and it looks absolutely gorgeous!
And there is also a super cute tartellette version! : )

Want to keep it super simple? These cute Leafy Heart Cut Outs from Paper&Stitch might be the solution - dry or fresh, depending on how you plan to use them.

..or you can simply print out these cute calligraphy Valentine cards from Lovely Indeed.

Still looking for something sweet? There you go, Valentine's Day Funfetti Biscotti from Oh Joy.
Funny and cute!

And for the home, I love this simple and stylish Valentine's Day Branch Tree from The House That Lars Built. So pretty!

Ok, so.. is the list over yet? Not quite! : )
In fact, if you are looking for more ideas and tutorials, you can refer to the previous roundups:

Nr. 1: cupcakes, arrows, cookies, heart shaped macarons,
custom tea bags, mugs, pillows and cards, of course! <3

Nr. 2: heart sweater, raspberry pavlova, romantic gift wrapping ideas, a message in a bottle, place holders, free printables and even a dinosaur!

Oh, and my favourite Venetian cookies recipe, so quick and simple in case you decide to go for a last minute scrumptious treat! : )

And finally, you can still download this little illustration of mine from here
Both the Valentine card and large A4 print versions are available, and they are absolutely free!

Hope you enjoyed this little tour, and wish you all a happy, sweet and romantic Valentine's Day!
